This venison salami from Asturias is part of a gourmet range of delicious game charcuterie. It has been produced by an artisan family-run business in Asturias. Made from venison and pork loin, the salami stick is dry cured in a special micro-climate high in the Picos de Europa mountains. The dry curing gives the meat a truly bold and unique flavour.

Serving suggestion: Slice the venison salami stick thinly and eat as part of a charcuterie platter. Serve with our crunchy Picos breadsticks and a glass of Rioja Crianza.
