Based in Asturias, Embuastur was born of the desire to rescue forgotten recipes used in the ancient game-hunting households of this region long ago. This small, family-run business specialises in natural, additive-free charcuterie, which is later oak-smoked and cured in a special micro-climate, resulting in a truly unique flavour. Embuastur take great pride in their contribution to Spanish gastronomy, having revived recipes, smoking and curing methods and using the finest quality natural ingredients.

We are delighted to carry a fabulous range of authentic Asturian meats and charcuterie from Embuastur, including Cecina Asturiana, their Smoked Charcuterie range and some award-winning Wild Boar and Venison salami and chorizo.
