Description

This delicious Smoked Venison Chorizo horseshoe is oak-smoked and then cured in a special micro-climate, high in the Picos de Europa mountains. It is made using venison and pork loin together with Iberico panceta, paprika, garlic and spices. Our smoked venison chorizo horseshoe has a truly bold and unique flavour.

Because it is a smoked, fully-cured chorizo and comes vacuum-packed, it can be stored at ambient temperature. This is part of a gourmet range of charcuterie produced by a passionate family-run business in Asturias.
