This is a hot spicy Serrano Chorizo stick with natural skin from Galicia. The heat and spice comes from the hot paprika used during curing.
It is best cut with a slicing machine or a sharp knife to ensure thin slices. Great for catering or for a party! We have a milder version as well if you prefer.
