Serrano Salchichon Salami slices. Cured pork meat with a mix of spices and peppercorns dry cured to perfection, before being thinly sliced. These lightly peppery, moreish salami slices are from the artisan producer Torre De Nunez. Dedicated to the curing and production of outstanding quality charcuterie – Torre De Nunez continue to use traditional methods overseen by the master “jamonero”.
Perfect in a sandwich or as part of an assorted charcuterie platter. Or serve simply our Serrano Salchichon Salami slices with some sliced tomatoes or olives as a tapa.
