These salami slices are delicious! They are made by Embutidos Sola in Vic, Catalunya; a town famous for its salamis, and with an IGP Salchichon de Vic as mark of their quality and provenance. Cured pork meat with a mix of spices and peppercorns are dry-cured to perfection, before being thinly sliced.

Perfect in a sandwich or as part of an assorted charcuterie platter. Or serve simply with some sliced tomatoes or olives as a tapa.
