DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Where applicable our prices include VAT, including our delivery charge. Please do make us aware at the time of placing your order if you require a VAT invoice.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery can be made to other parts of the UK but this should be arranged with a member of our sales team before placing the order as delivery cost more and might also take longer.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £4.95 (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Off-Mainland)
CAN I GET FREE HOME DELIVERY?
We offer free delivery on all standard orders over £50 except for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Off-Mainland.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you place your order before 12pm we aim to provide next day delivery. Deliveries will normally be Tuesday to Saturday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT GOING TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?
If you are not going to be home to sign for your delivery please leave instructions when placing your order.
WHAT IF DELICIOSO CANNOT SEND ALL OF MY ORDER?
If we are unable to completely fulfill your order, we will contact you with alternative options. Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, your final invoice will be adjusted.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR DATE?
If you need to change your delivery address or date please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend your order accordingly.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
Yes but there will be a separate delivery charge to each address
CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER?
Should you wish to add another item or change the contents of your order please email us on email@example.com giving a contact number and one of our sales team will contact you to amend your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. However you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order..
CAN I RETURN UNWANTED GOODS?
At Delicioso we offer a discretionary “goodwill” returns and refund policy but we can’t accept returns on short shelf-life or perishable items that would be unsaleable on their return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
HOW CAN I RETURN UNWANTED GOODS?
Please contact us for our returns delivery address. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for paying for the cost of returning the item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY DOES NOT ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY OR IF THE COURIER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN I’M NOT HOME?
Whilst we make every attempt to deliver on the specified day, we use a third party courier service and cannot guarantee this in all cases. In the event that the order is not delivered on the specified day it will normally be delivered on the following day. Similarly, if the courier attempts delivery and finds nobody home, where no alternative drop spot has been indicated, a second attempt will normally be made on the following day.
