These delicious Serrano Chorizo slices are perfect for a charcuterie platter. A traditional Spanish meat from Galicia, in the north west of Spain. Each chorizo stick is made with sweet paprika and cured for around 2 months, before being sliced thinly. They have a melt-in-the mouth quality and a mild taste. Serve at room temperature to improve the flavour and to help separate the slices more easily. Serve as part of a mixed cured meat platter or in a sandwich. Serrano Reserva Chorizo slices are:
