A half-piece of cured Serrano pork loin from Duroc breed pigs, weighing a minimum of 800g. The loins are rubbed with salt, garlic and paprika before being dry-cured. Once cured they are ready to be sliced thinly and eaten.
Try them in a sandwich, or as part of an assorted plate of cured meats.
