SERRANO LOMO CURED LOIN
DRY CURED PORK LOIN 500G
A half-piece of cured Serrano pork loin from La Rioja, weighing a minimum of 500g. The loins are rubbed with salt, garlic and paprika before being dry-cured. Once cured they are ready to be sliced thinly and eaten either on its own, or as part of an assorted plate of cured meats.
