This delicious, gourmet quince paste with a twist is produced in Murcia in south east Spain. It is made using ripe quinces, sugar, orange zest and dried lemon. Completely natural, with no added artificial preservatives or other additives.

Membrillo is traditionally served with cheese. This Membrillo is richer, with a depth of flavour and zing from the orange. It can be served with all types of cheeses, but also pates and cold meats. It can also be served with lamb or duck dishes as an accompaniment, or melted into the meat juices for a tangy gravy.
