This delicious, gourmet quince paste is made in Murcia in south east Spain. It is made using ripe quinces, sugar and lemon - no added preservatives or other additives.
Traditionally served with cheese. Try it for example with Manchego or Valdeon. It can also be served with Tetilla or other mild cheeses as a breakfast combination. It can also be served with lamb or duck dishes as an accompaniment, or melted into the meat juices as an enrichment of the gravy.
