This is a mildly spicy sauce made using green peppers and Jalapeno chillies with garlic, coriander and parsley. The Jalapeno peppers give a warm, gentle heat. Together with the herbs, the salsa is perfect with fish and shellfish. Or try it with grilled or roasted vegetables and potatoes.
