These sliced roasted Piquillo peppers are delicious and versatile! Naturally sweet and bright red in colour. They are roasted over wood fires before being peeled. They are then cut into handy strips and packed in the tin in their own delicious juices.
These classic Spanish peppers are a perfect accompaniment to seafood, vegetable or meat dishes. They can also be used as a salad with tuna and some finely sliced mild red onions, or to add flavour and colour to casserole dishes.
