This high quality quince paste is made in Murcia in south west Spain. It is made using ripe quinces and sugar, and is traditionally served with cheese. Try it with Manchego or Valdeon. It can also be served with Tetilla or other mild cheeses as a breakfast combination.
Try it also with lamb or duck dishes as an accompaniment or melted into the meat juices as an enrichment of the gravy.
