Boletus mushrooms are highly prized for their excellent flavour. In these stuffed piquillo peppers, Boletus and Oyster mushrooms are used to flavour a bechamel sauce. This forms the stuffing for the delicious triangular shaped sweet piquillo peppers.
The stuffed peppers are in a rich tomato sauce, ready to heat and serve as a delicious starter or tapas dish.
