Salsa Mojo Picon Rojo is a spicy piquillo and chilli sauce from the Canary Islands. It is made using Piquillo peppers mixed with garlic, chillies and hot paprika. Serve the salsa Canary Island style with 'wrinkled' new potatoes, 'Papas con Mojo'. The chilli heat makes it fabulous also used as a marinade for barbequed chicken. Or to spice up pasta dishes and casseroles.

Why not try making your own cauliflower wings by breaking up a whole head of cauliflower and mix with a jar of our award-winning salsa  Mojo Picon Rojo. Oven bake until golden and delicious. Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and serve. Delicious dipped in Alioli.
