We are very proud of our own-brand Alioli garlic mayonnaise! It's made using Jose's family recipe and uses many of our own ingredients.

By slow roasting the finest purple garlic we have discovered a delectable way to add a subtle rich, smoky aroma. A true pleasure for the palate; generating a depth of flavour unrivalled by cheaper counterparts.

This combines with the flavours of Dijon mustard, breezy salt and bitter-sweet sherry vinegar, rounded off nicely with the creamiest of orange egg yolks. The result is a garlic mayonnaise like no other!
