From the Picos de Europa Mountains in Asturias, this gourmet range of delicious wild boar and venison chorizos and salamis are born of the desire to rescue forgotten recipes. Produced by a family-run business, they are oak-smoked and cured in a special micro-climate, which produces a truly unique flavour. This salami is made using wild boar and pork loin, together with Iberico panceta, paprika, garlic and spices and is vacuum-packed for freshness.
