These gourmet pearls from Caviaroli infuse the delicate taste of white truffle with extra virgin olive oil – the perfect pairing for the refined palate! The intense aroma of white truffle pairs beautifully with the delicate, silky olive oil. The encapsulated olive oil brings flavour, colour and texture to any gourmet experience; but pairs especially well with potatoes, eggs, cheeses or the delicacy found in Northern Spain from Galicia to the Basque country: ‘Angulas’ fried baby eels. The name Caviaroli stems from the spheres of pure oil which possess the same texture as caviar; they create a “taste explosion” in the mouth, leaving unique aromas and intensity on the palate. The capsule is made from a seaweed base so suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for hot or cold dishes; the capsule stays intact up to 60ºC.
