This is an award-winning roasted virgin walnut oil, made using walnuts from Aragon in north-west Spain. The walnuts are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered using traditional methods, following a 75 year old tradition. Walnut oil is a wonderful addition to cheese, avocado, salads, beef and blends seamlessly with balsamic vinegar; try it with our Balsamic Chardonnay wine vinegar. It is also delicious on grilled fish or white meats: a touch of walnut oil is the perfect way to enhance its flavour.
