Part of a gourmet range of charcuterie produced by a passionate family-run business in Asturias. This delicious Venison chorizo is oak-smoked and then cured in a special micro-climate high in the Picos de Europa mountains. It is made using venison and pork loin, together with Iberico panceta, paprika, garlic and spices. It has a truly bold and unique flavour, and because it is a smoked, fully-cured chorizo and comes vacuum-packed, it can be stored at ambient temperatures.
