This delicious truffle & mushroom salsa is an umami-rich blend of mushrooms, with the rich taste of black truffles. This can be used sparingly; spoon onto crusty bread, serve with cheese, add to meat dishes while cooking, stir through pasta, add to scrambled eggs, or almost any dish, to add an unforgettable truffle flavour. The truffle flavour is distinct yet not overpowering and it has a fresh and very pleasant flavour.
