Description

 

Pasteurised cow's milk is used to make this soft, buttery cheese with a pale yellow rind and distinctive cone shape. It is one of the most famous cheeses in Spain with a protected denomination of origin (D.O), and the most famous cheese in Galicia from where it heralds. Galicia is a beautiful rainy region with maases of green patures in the northwestern coast of Spain, where the cows live in a natural and non-contaminated environment.
