Pasteurised cow's milk is used to make this soft, buttery cheese with a pale yellow rind and a distinctive cone shape. Tetilla is one of the most famous cheeses in Spain and has its own protected denomination of origin (D.O), from Galicia. Galicia is a beautiful, rainy region on the northwestern coast of Spain - because of the amount of rain it receives the grass grows very well, feeding the cows with rich milk to make this lovely cheese!
