Garcia de la Cruz in Castilla la Mancha produce this coupage blend of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. It is made from three olive varieties: Picual, Cornicabra and Arbequina. This gives the perfect blend of peppery and fruity flavours. The oil is perfect for frying, sauteing and baking. It contains a high content of Vitamin E and Oleic acid.
Presented in a really usefully sized 5 litre recycled PET bottle, perfect for catering.
