Noras peppers have a sweet and earthy flavour, enahnced by first being sundried before the pulp is removed to make a versatile cooking paste. Noras peppers are classically used to give the distinctive, deep flavours found in romesco salsa and can be used in pasta sauce and a variety of other dishes. Our noras pepper paste is available in two sized glass jars: 140g and 550g.
