Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), also known as Ceps, are highly prized for their excellent flavour. In these stuffed piquillo peppers, Porcini mushrooms are used with a mix of other mushrooms in a bechamel sauce. This forms the stuffing for some delicious triangular-shaped sweet piquillo peppers. The stuffed peppers are in a light tomato sauce, ready to heat and serve as a delicious starter or tapas dish. Contains 4 or 5 peppers per tin.
