PIQUILLO PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MUSHROOMS
WITH PORCINI (BOLETUS) MUSHROOMS, 4/5 PER TIN, 200G
Porcini mushrooms, or Ceps, are highly prized for their excellent flavour - here a mixture of porcini mushrooms is used with a mix of other mushrooms in a bechamel sauce, stuffed into these delicious triangular-shaped sweet piquillo peppers, which are first roasted over a wood fire before being skinned and stuffed. The peppers are served in a fried tomato sauce, 4 to 5 per tin. Ready to heat and serve as a delicious starter or tapas dish.
