Versatile, quality spicy, horseshoe-shaped Chorizos from La Rioja, produced by a traditional family business, with more than 110 years' experience making chorizo. It is well cured and made using spicy paprika and cayenne pepper. It can be sliced and eaten as it is, or used in cooking as it's aroma is balanced and intense, persistent, with a preponderance of paprika, in addition to notes of garlic. Intense, long-lasting flavour, balanced between lean and fat. Free from additives, preservatives and colourants.
