This is a high quality spicy horseshoe shaped chorizo made from Duroc breed Serrano pigs. Torre de Nunez is a traditional family business with many years experience in making chorizo. They are well-cured, made using spicy hot paprika and cayenne pepper. Their aroma is of paprika and garlic, with an intense long-lasting flavour, well-balanced between lean and fat.
This horseshoe shaped chorizo is very versatile; it can be sliced and eaten as it is, or sliced and used in cooking. Free from additives, preservatives and colorants.
