Select Grade is just one level down from the top of the range saffron stamens. It gives the wonderful colour and fragrance of saffron to your dishes, but at a more affordable price point. The saffron is non-DOP but comes from farmers in La Mancha in central Spain.

This select grade saffron is a great way of having the luxury of using saffron in your dishes. It adds a beautiful fragrance to foods such as paella, soups and casseroles and many other dishes.
