It is versatile and can be eaten uncooked, spread and grilled on toast and sprinkled with honey for breakfast, or used in pasta sauces and risottos. Cured for a minimum of 40 days to enhance its flavour. It is wrapped to preserve its quality and presented in a traditional paper sleeve. The product weight is variable, with a minimum weight of 400g.
