A classic soft, spreadable chorizo from an artisan company in Mallorca. It carries an IGP 'Sobrassada de Mallorca' as a sign of its quality. Sobrasada is made using streaky bacon, pork loin and spices, including plenty of paprika to give a rich flavour. No artificial additives or preservatives are added. Classically eaten uncooked, spread on toast for breakfast. Try it on toast, lightly grilled, before being sprinkled with honey for a luxurious experience! A versatile product, it can be used in pasta sauces and rice dishes as well.. Cured for a minimum of 40 days to enhance its flavour. The sausage is vacuum packed to preserve its quality, and then wrapped in a traditional paper sleeve. The product weight is variable, with a minimum weight of 400g.
