Caperberries are the fruit of the caper bush, while capers are the flower buds. These small caperberries have been lightly pickled in vinegar and are ready for use. Serve them with olives and other pickled vegetables, either as they are or in a light marinade. They are delicious with cold meats like a plate of Jamon Serrano. And can be used in cooking, for example in chicken casseroles. Or simply add to a Martini or Vermouth instead of an olive!
