This is a large bottle of sherry vinegar made in the traditional way by Bodegas Dios Baco in Jerez, Andalucia. Dios Baco make our delicious sherries as well as this sherry vinegar. It is matured for a shorter period of time than the other 'Reserva' sherry vinegars to produce a vinegar with a sharp, fragrant taste.

Designed primarily for cooking, it is perfect in stews and soups, sauces and reductions!
