This is a pack of Serrano Reserva Lomo (cured pork loin) slices. It comes in two 55g portions, to keep the product fresh. Serve the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed.
The pork loin is from Duroc breed pigs, famous for their marbled meat, with no artificial additives or colourants. The loin is cured for around 2 months, giving an intense depth of flavour. The marbling in the meat means that less salt can be used in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow.
