Description

 

This is a double pack of Serrano Reserva Lomo (cured pork loin) slices. The pork loin is from Duroc breed pigs in Galicia, famous for their marbled meat. The loin is cured for around 2 months, giving an intense depth of flavour. The marbling in the meat means that less salt can be used in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow.

We advise serving the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed. This pack comes in two 55g halves, which can be served separately; helping to keep the loin in the best condition.
