Serrano Reserva ham off the bone, vacuum-packed for freshness. Pure-bred Galician Duroc pigs give the meat a superior marbling and this marbling means less salt is needed during the 18 month curing process, making the flavour sweeter and more mellow.  It offers a more healthy option!
