Deeply flavoured 18 month-cured Serrano ham on the bone from the mountains of Galicia. Pure-bred Duroc pigs have superior marbling. This marbling means less salt is needed in the curing process, making the flavour sweeter and more mellow. It also offers a more healthy option!
