Description

 

One of our range of La Cuna pates hand-made in Toledo using traditional artisan methods. This scallop mousse or 'pate de vieira' is made from quality scallops, fried in butter with onions, leeks, carrots and tomate frito and then blended into a fine light mousse. The pate is beautifully presented in a pretty glass jar and decorated with a paper bonnet and wax seal. Read more about our supplier here.
