This is a classic salsa from Catalunya! Salsa Romesco is a rich, mildly spicy sauce made with Noras peppers, tomatoes, almonds and nibbed hazelnuts. It is a versatile salsa served as a dip with fish, seafood and vegetables, or it can be used in seafood stews such as the Catalan mixed seafood stew called 'Suquet de Peix'.
