One of our own range of Salsas created using our own authentic recipe, this is a smooth, fiery, smoky tomato and red pepper sauce which originated in Madrid. Classically served with 'Patatas Bravas', fried potato cubes with Brava sauce; but it is also served with barbequed and roasted meats and vegetables. It is made using tomatoes and piquillo peppers, onion, garlic, smoked hot paprika and cayenne pepper, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar - nothing artificial added! The judges said: 'Gorgeous colour and zingy aroma, packed with flavour and beautifully balanced...would be very good with Patatas Bravas'.
