A sweet-tasting, peppery hand-made salami, from the famous salami capital of Spain: the town of Vic in Catalunya. This salami is made to a traditional, time-honoured recipe. Firm-textured, with a sweet mildly peppery and nutty flavour. Enjoy as an appetiser with a glass of Fino sherry, or slice thinly as part of an assorted plate of charcuterie.

It has an IGP Salchichon de Vic, as a mark of its quality and provenance.
