Part of our lovely range of products made using 'Flor de Sal' (Salt Blossom) from the beautiful island of Ibiza, harvested exclusively in the nature reserve 'Parc Natural de ses Salines d'Evissa'. The salt is naturally slow-dried in the sun, then ground to small grains in ancient stone mills, using no additives or preservatives; this process enables it to retain more than 80 minerals and trace elements, including magnesium, fluoride, selenium and iodine. The taste is milder than regular salt with a subtle aromatic flavour, combining perfectly with the light truffle notes. This salt has been lightly added to golden Agria potatoes, simmered by hand in sunflower oil to make these delicious crisps, and delicately seasoned with white truffle for a luxurious treat!
