This is a classic aged sherry vinegar from El Majuelo in Jerez, Andalucia. It is aged in oak barrels using the traditional 'criaderas y soleras' system, where vinegars from different vintages are mixed gradually over time. The ageing in oak barrels gives it a rich mellow flavour with toasted notes. And yet it is still sharp and floral like a good sherry vinegar should be.

Perfect for salad dressings and sauces or sprinkled onto Gazpacho and other soups.
