Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused but produced by cold-pressing Arbequina olives from Catalunya to produce a peppery extra virgin olive oil. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing fresh Spanish garlic cloves. The result is an oil with incredible depth of flavour! It is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Try it on pasta and pizzas, grilled meats and vegetables and anywhere you want a hit of garlic!
