This exceptional wine is made with 100% late harvested Chardonnay grapes. By delaying the harvest, the grapes are at their sweetest, which enhances beautifully this variety's extraordinary acidity notes. The wine is matured in oak barrels for 12 months.
This is a fresh, lively and aromatic wine with a complex nose. On the palate it is warm and sweet, with an attractive combination of flavours of quince, orange peel, hazelnuts, walnuts and dried figs.

The wine has collected countless awards over the years. It has a gold medal from the Challenge International du Vin. It obtained 90 points at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards. In addition, the Spanish Association of Women Wine Lovers selected it as 'The Women’s Favourite Wine'.
