These Guindillas are spicy long green chilli peppers which have been lightly pickled. In Spain they are the classic addition to a platter of Serrano ham. Their fresh green crunch and spicy heat makes them a great aperitif! Try making your own 'banderilla' using a cocktail stick speared with a guindilla chilli, salted anchovy, red pepper and olive.
