The name 'Caviaroli' is taken from the word 'oli' which means oil in Catalan, together with caviar, as the pearls have an intense flavour like a caviar. They give a “taste explosion” in the mouth, giving unique aromas to the palate. The fruity aroma and floral notes are ideal with salads, salmon or even chocolate!
