The paella spice mix consists of herbs and spices crucial for making a traditional Spanish paella. Included are: ground black pepper, sweet paprika, turmeric (to give the paella a classic pale yellow colour), bay leaf, garlic, thyme, parsley and salt.

Unlike many paella seasonings on the market, this contains no artificial additives or food colourings!
