ORGANIC SPANISH GARLIC OLIVE OIL 100ML

Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused. A light, peppery extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing organically-grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing fresh Spanish garlic cloves. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour. It is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. No additives, flavourings or colours are added - just olive oil and garlic! Use it in vinaigrettes and Asian dishes, or on pasta, pizzas and grilled vegetables.
