Description
Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused but produced by cold-pressing Arbequina olives from Catalunya to produce a peppery extra virgin olive oil and mixing it with the oil obtained from pressing fresh lemons from Murcia to obtain the oil from their peel. This produces an incredible depth of flavour, which is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Try it in salad dressings, carpaccios, with fish and seafood - delicious!
