Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused. A light, peppery extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing organically-grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing the peel of fresh lemons from Murcia. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour. It is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. No additives, flavourings or colours are added - just olive oil and lemon oil! Try it in salad dressings, carpaccios, or with fish and seafood.
These bottles are made of an opaque glass to keep the light from the oil.
