Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused but produced by cold-pressing Arbequina olives from Catalunya to produce a peppery extra virgin olive oil and mixing it with the oil obtained from pressing fresh oranges from Valencia to obtain the oil in the peel. This produces an incredible depth of flavour, which is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Try it as part of a salad dressing, with fish and even desserts! For each Azada product sold a tree is planted!
