Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused but produced by cold-pressing Arbequina olives from Catalunya to produce a peppery extra virgin olive oil and mixing it with the oil obtained from pressing fresh Valencian oranges. This produces an incredible depth of flavour, which is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Try it with salmon or other fish, on salads or with desserts! These bottles are made of fully recyclable aluminum with 100% biodegradable labels (made from all natural ingredients) and for each Azada product sold a tree is planted!
