Description
Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused. A light, peppery extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing organically-grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing the peel of fresh oranges from Valencia. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour. It is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. No additives, flavourings or colours are added - just olive oil and orange oil! Try it on salmon and other fish, on seafood carpaccios, salads and with desserts.
These bottles are made of fully recyclable aluminum with 100% biodegradable labels (made from all natural ingredients). And for each Azada product sold a tree is planted! Read more about our supplier here.
