Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused. A light, peppery extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing organically-grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing organic wild rosemary from Spanish mountainsides to obtain the natural oil. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour, more stable than an infused oil and also retaining its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. No additives, flavourings or colours - just olive oil and rosemary! Try it on potatoes, tomatoes, grilled vegetables and meats, and on Focaccia.
